The platform claims to be active in 30 African countries including Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, D.R Congo, South Africa, and Liberia.
The user gets started by signing up for a Kivanisoft account. Required details include Username, Email, and a mobile telephone number (registered with Mobile Money). Users have to residents in any of the 30 countries where Kivanisoft operates.
After signing up, the user is required to deposit UGX 20,000 as Account activation fees. For Uganda, the user can pay the activation fees via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money.
Scam Adviser gives Kivanisoft a 36 out of 100 score because the website is very young, offers PTC jobs, and has a row rank.
An initial deposit is required before the user can access the Kivanisoft earning features. This deposit is not an investment in itself but only acts as an activation fee. It's not returnable or refunded.
It seems the Kivanisoft scheme is solely aimed at collecting this initial deposit. Users are locked in for 50 days without a chance to withdraw their earnings. This gives Kivanisoft 50 days to collect this initial deposit and disappear without a trace.
Kivanisoft does not display any contact details on their website. There is no telephone contact, no email address, no physical address (location).
The website has a link to WhatsApp but the link leads to a WhatsApp Channel. The Channel only allows admins to post, and therefore there is no way to get other users' experience or raise concerns.

However, most of these earning methods are unrealistic. Clicking paid ads without the intention to buy is illegal and an unsustainable income stream.

Kivanisoft displays fake user reviews on their website. They use random first names such as Sarah, James, Daniel, Emma, Liam, Chantal etc. The reviews have no surnames, photos, and all are 5 Star.
The reviews are supposedly coming in real-time but the same 5 reviews are displayed every day.
Kivanisoft uses a referral system where users earn by referring others to the platform. The whole Kivanisoft website is actually by default considered referred by KivaniSoft. Therefore, this website could be operating as a sub-level under another whole platform. Classical example of a ponzi scheme.
There is almost no way to use KivaniSoft safely. You only have two options: avoid the platform or invest an amount you are willing to lose (because you will lose no matter the assuarances).
